Clay rheology modifiers​

Organobentonite is a rheology modifier. It achieves rheological and thixotropic properties in formulations by modification with quaternary amine salts.

Organoclay is usually added at a level of 0.2% Pa 2%. If the appropriate amount of polar activator is added, the dispersion performance will be better and the various properties will be better.

It can finally realize the rheology, Tixotropía, suspensión, anti-settling, anti-sagging and so on of the paint, coating and lubricating grease.

Clay rheology modifiers​ CP-EWS it can be added directly in powder, with its addition to be 0.2~3.0%. Procedures are as follow.

  1. Ar dehe (PH:7.0-8.0)
  2. CP-EWS (Dispersing at high speed for 20-30minutes)
  3. Additive
  4. Pigment and filler (Mixing and dispersing)
  5. Emulsion (Mixing).
  6. Post correct.
